Please read the following carefully before making a reservation:

1.The room will be confirmed after full payment.

2. Check-in time is 14:00 and the check-out time is 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out will occur an additional charge.
3. All accommodation deposit, personal expenses, miscellaneous fees, extra bed charges, etc. incurred during the stay at the hotel will be paid by yourself.
4. Rates are inclusive of 1-2 breakfast (only 1 breakfast for King/1 bed room and 2 breakfasts for Twin/2 beds room). Exceeding part of the cost is self-care, if it is not used, it is deemed to be waived automatically, and the fee is not refundable.
5. If you need hard copy accommodation invoice, please pick it up at the hotel service desk of the registration center at  ECNU Putuo Campus during the conference.
6. All the dates and times are based on Beijing Standard Time (UTC +8).


For cancellation after full payment, the following cancellation terms apply:
No cancellation charge until May 28, 2021.
30% cancellation charge of the total amount before June 10, 2021.
No refund from on June 20, 2021.
Online reservation deadline：Zero Hour, July 3rd, 2021 (GTM+08:00)
